CEO Succession Program and Certificate

The CEO Selection Program is a perspective shifting, face-to-face program for successful, high-performing Group & C-Suite executives that aspire to be CEO in ASX listed, private equity and multinational environments.

To qualify for the Certificate of Attainment, CEO Succession executives fulfil the following requirements:

• Be on the Executive Leadership Team and report directly into the CEO or Managing Director.
• Diligently complete the required pre-work.
• Attend all 8 Core Modules.
• Complete to a high level their CEO Plan.
• Successfully deliver the ASX CEO Case Study to a panel of decision makers.

As a result of completing the program, executives have a deeper understanding of the CEO Selection Process, and how to prepare, adapt, develop or present their candidacy for the CEO role.

The Program challenges participants to understand decision makers in the CEO Selection Process and to shift their perspective. It is at once exceptionally challenging, energizing and enjoyable.
